After graduating from school, I moved to Kansas City and began working as an associate with another doctor, but it just didn't feel quite right.  I was searching for something; but I wasn't exactly sure what it was.  I attended quite a few management conferences held by different companies because I was extremely interested in practice management.  After attending an Integrity Management conference I knew I had found what I was looking for!  

Integrity Management and I were a great fit!  With the help of Integrity Management's fantastic coaches and staff, I started my own practice and it was the best thing I ever did!  Their QuickStart program offered a detailed system for getting started.  Everything was laid out; all I had to do was follow it.  

I will admit, at first it wasn't so easy.  I fought the system, I thought I could use a cafeteria plan you know, take what I wanted and leave the rest.  Once I started doing exactly what the consultants told me to do, I saw immediate results.  My statistics increased in the first month.  The only way this program won't work for you, is if YOU don't do it.

My father and brother, both chiropractors, thought I was crazy they were HUGE skeptics of any type of outside management . . . after seeing my success, they are now HUGE believers!  In fact, both are now Integrity Management clients as well!

Integrity Management is different they offer success WITH integrity.  They are an ethical company teaching an ethical way to grow your practice and improve not only your professional life but your personal life as well.  Money is no longer a worry in my life; I have opened a satellite office and am looking to add more, in addition, my wife and I enjoy regular vacations together and real quality time.  I have done all of this at the young age of 30!
