I used to work 6 days per week - 7:30-5:30 M-F and 8-11 Saturday.  I thought that I had to be in the office every second of every day.  That's when I saw maybe 60 visits per week.  After implementing the Integrity Management system and trusting it, we now see 500 visits per week.  I work three days per week from 8:00-10:30 and 2:30-5:30.   I have time to spend with my 3 year old son, golf, workout and consult.  

Thanks to the Tandem Associate concept I can virtually take vacation whenever I want.  In the past year I have gone to New York, LA, Palm Springs, Miami, Las Vegas, Chicago and Phoenix.  Four years ago, I had never taken a vacation from practice!!  Now we have a down economy and a lot of chiropractors are worried about how they're going to survive.

Thanks to the Integrity Management system our practice hasn't just survived it's continued to grow.  Not only that, I have started a satellite office and am looking for another.  My new five year plan includes the ability to retire five years from now at age 40 not that I will, but it's nice to have the ability!!!

Thanks Integrity Management for opening my eyes to true practice freedom and helping me move from a mom and pop organization to practicing smarter and not harder!!!  I truly have a dream practice and a dream life!!!!
