We were living in an apartment working day and night , two doctors  seeing 33 new patients per month, our personal & professional lives were rolled into one… but we had a bigger dream….WE JOINED INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT AND THE DREAM BECAME A REALITY.   

We now live in a 2 story home on deep water, 1 mile from the Atlantic Ocean, we give over $7000/year to local charities through philanthropic activities, help over 76 new patients/ month, train for triathlons, and currently are building a 6000 sq ft state-of-the-art chiropractic facility.

We wake up excited every morning! We used to treat patients 5 days a week, and work on the business over 60 hrs/week.  By departmentalizing & optimizing our schedule we now work 3 ½ days a week and the rest of the work is delegated to others, thanks to the Integrity Management  systems.

We now can exclusively focus on patient care, not on putting out daily office fires. With Integrity's team training protocol, we now have a fabulous 5 Star team that leads the office.  

Before Integrity we analyzed every situation thinking of ways to re-invent the wheel.  Now with the help of Integrity's tried & true systems we have the confidence to implement and act.  Before Integrity we hadn't vacationed in 3 years.  Now, we take 4 vacations a year with 2 of them being over 2 weeks!  This has improved our quality of life, nourished our relationships, and the number of people we continue to help just keeps growing!!!
