There is something more precious than financial freedom and that is TIME freedom.  The time to be with your family. The time to give to God and others. The time to make a difference in your community and be able to live the dream life.

But you feel like you can't because you are tied down to the practice.  If you stop, the practice stops.  The problem is YOU are the practice.  If you are gone the practice either slows way down or it comes to a screeching halt.  It is this Mom and Pop viewpoint of running a practice that has held you back. Many doctors do not even have a desire to build their practice much bigger because they are already tired.  School never taught you how to have practice freedom.  Practice becomes more like a prison - you have to be there - it's all up to you if you aren't there - if you aren't pushing - it all stops - it's practice prison! To take your practice to a new level the first thing we had to provide was Practice Freedom!
What would happen if the strength of your practice was the team, the dream and the business system?  You need to run your practice as a business.  As an Integrity practice you will find the practice does even better WHEN YOU ARE GONE! Imagine the possibilities and the opportunities that await you! The more your practice grows, the more it runs itself.  As an Integrity doctor you have practice freedom.  What does that mean?   It means you can pick the hours and the days you want to practice - you pick the things YOU want to do in the practice - because YOU are no longer THE practice! As one of our Integrity doctors said, "I don't want to retire, I just want to be able to."
