What can I get from TOP FLIGHT?This is a question I hear from prospective Top Flight Members, and sometimes even from current Top Flight Members. So I want to share my thoughts with you on this, and pose this question back to you…..You get what the Professional Successful Physician needs. What do you get when you are in the same room at a Summer Spectacular Conference with Robert Schuller or Sgt. Gilyeat or the F-15 fighter pilots? What do you get when you listen to them – watch them – study them – model them? What do you get when you spend 3 or 4 days with the most successful chiropractors in the country at the nicest places in the world? What do you get when you participate in the Professional monthly projects? What do you get when you have once in a lifetime experiences together….every single YEAR. When you listen to the classes on the TFC website – what do you get? When you mentor others and help them to succeed? When you hear what the successful are doing…giving…living…going for. What do you get from that? You get an idea. A thought. A mindset. An attitude. A perspective. A new view. A new level of living. A new normal. A new level of friends that are EAGLES! What are those things worth? Honestly, to non professionals or somebody who does physical labor for a living probably nothing as far as their perception is concerned. A painter wants to know how much paint costs. A carpenter wants to know how much wood costs, or the hammer or the nail. Now obviously there is nothing wrong with being a labor worker – Jesus was a carpenter – but the issue is this: You are NOT a labor worker – your most important issue is NOT the cost of a hammer or nails or face paper – you are a professional – a doctor – a businessman - an entrepreneur. So, if a non professional looked at Top Flight – it wouldn’t be worth it. They would say – you get a coat, a program, a notebook, an email, a breakfast, an ice cream bar, etc. They are naturally “widget” oriented. If you are looking for the “widgets” in Top Flight, it isn’t going to add up. But it does show how much you NEED Top Flight. Those widgets like ice cream socials are cute but is it worth membership in Top Flight? HERE’S WHAT TOP FLIGHT IS ALL ABOUT….To have the experience of breakfast with Dr Robert Schuller. To rub shoulders with the F-15 fighter pilots (and have ice cream!). To experience celebrating the birthday of our country on July 4th at the Capital with the Boston Pops and fireworks and Parade – something I would have never done had it not been for Top Flight. To be with the best, most successful doctors in the country so that I am a better person for it – with a better view, a better attitude, a better mindset, an idea or two, a thought I would have never had and a better time with my family that wouldn’t have happened. It forces me to remember to help and mentor people. Now, tell me again – how much is that worth? I’m a better professional and father and spouse just because of the projects. I’m a better leader because of the models. The worth? Priceless! It isn’t a hammer – but to the professional physician it is worth more than gold itself. My Top Flight Experience:
| “We LOVE Top Flight Getaways! Debbie and I have been to seven of the
last ten destinations. We’ve made a habit of them because of what we
get out of the event. Vacations to first class destinations and
fabulous experiences are a given when simply going to the location.
But it is much more than the location. It is the people (fellow Top
Flight DC’s and Integrity Management staff) and the program that truly
makes the location as special as it does. Each program contains at
least one, usually several, life-changing, mind-expanding,
heart-pounding insights. Our staff is now conditioned to brace for
change after Top Flight! It is also the time spent with like minded,
and many times, bigger thinking people. Some of our biggest
break-throughs have come in the pool or at dinner talking with other
Top Flight docs! I do not believe we would have reached this level of
growth this quickly without the motivation and example that we get from
Top Flight.” |
 | “What a great time we had at the Top Flight conference at the
Atlantis resort in the Bahamas. We had been there before but not with
Top Flight doctors. What a treat! Listening to Keith’s 10 Dos and
Don’ts in your practice was a great education. I was amazed at the
great impact and knowledge I gained when on Friday and part of
Saturday, all the Top Flight doctors stood up and, one by one, talked
about the things that they were doing to be successful in this economy
and hitting home runs! It has stimulated me to go back and get excited
about putting new things into effect. I feel sorry for the Top Flight
doctors that did not go. They really missed out.” |
| “What an experience! This was our first Top Flight Getaway and it
certainly exceeded our expectations. Atlantis was beautiful and fun,
but the best thing about the trip was not the surroundings, but
visiting with the doctors and spouses we met. While in class and out,
we discussed and shared on our troubles and triumphs, which allowed us
to learn and take home, not only new ideas, but even new outlooks on
situations for practice and for life. We felt a sense of a real
Integrity family. I see now why everyone was pushing us to go to these
getaways. They make a huge difference in truly developing as owners of
our practice, and gave us keys to also develop our lives to the
fullest.” |
 | “Top Flight in the Bahamas was great! It is amazing to be with so many successful doctors and offices in one setting. Every time I go to a top flight conference I come back with so many new ideas to implement. I highly recommend Top Flight conferences to everyone.” |
| “I had such a great experience at Top Flight. Listening to other
top offices gave me such priceless information that is going to help me
take my practice to the next level. The locations of the Top Flight
trips are amazing, so work hard and follow the Integrity systems so you
can join us!” |
