Nina Mullins and Dr. Matt Mullins joined Integrity Management through the Quick Start Program, have been in practice for over 7 years and are members of Top Flight Club with Integrity Management. The Mullins attributes their success to the Integrity Management System and following the direction of their consultant. Loving, working and owning the plan has allowed them to achieve a million dollar practice. The Mullins attend all Integrity Management seminars and requires their team of 7 staff and 2 associate doctors to attend as well. Nina worked as an account executive for one of the largest and topped ranked fortune 500 companies in the United States which allowed her to develop excellent sales, financial and business development skills prior to working full time in their practice. Nina is Vice President of Programs and on the Board of Directors for the their local Practice Managers Association. In addition to LPMA, she is currently a member of Lancaster County Association for Human Resource Management (LCAHRM), Lancaster County Business Group on Health (LCBGH) and Lancaster Chamber of Commerce. Nina has made it a priority to work in, learn and develop every position within the practice to in order to help inspire their own team so that they may all “LTD”, Live The Dream. Nina’s passion lies in NEW PATIENTS and Practice Representative Development! There is nothing more rewarding then to watch a practice grow and achieve a 5 year plan!
