Dr. Shawn Finn graduated from the National College of Chiropractic in 1997 and opened Finn Chiropractic Group in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, PA 1998. In 2005 he attended his first Integrity Management conference and after hearing Keith Maule speak for the first time he was inspired to join as a client. After four short years with Integrity, Finn Chiropractic Group had grown to a million dollar practice. Dr. Finn credits the Integrity system with helping him double an already successful practice, taking FCG to levels he had never dreamed of.
During their now five years with Integrity, the practice has received numerous honors including their local Rotary Business of the Year for 2011. Finn Chiropractic Group has also taken an active role in philanthropic fundraising since joining Integrity Management, donating over $11,000 to the Make a Wish Foundation in 2011 alone and hoping to continue to add to that total every year.
Dr. Finn’s coaching style is one filled with energy, passion and enthusiasm. He believes in first understanding and developing his clients’ goals and dreams. After learning where they want to go, he will help them develop their Five Year Plan to reflect what they want to achieve in life. Then Dr. Finn will help them achieve their dream life by implementing the Integrity system. It is through the use of the system, Dr. Finn believes, that a client can fulfill their life, both personally and professionally, just as he has done.
A former collegiate athlete and competitive triathlete, Dr. Finn has a passion for physical fitness and exercise. This personal discipline and work ethic, Dr. Finn believes, gives him a competitive advantage in coaching and in life.
Dr. Finn’s main passion in life is his family. He resides in the Pittsburgh area with his wife Kristy and their three children, Hudson, Ryder and Trinity. As a family the Finns are strong in their faith and active in their church. They especially love Top Flight excursions where they have developed great friendships with other Integrity doctors and their families.
