Cheri Gage is a Senior Consultant with Integrity Management and is currently the Head of the Consulting Department, making her the "consultant to the consultants." She and her husband, Dr. Bob Gage, are Top Flight clients and have been members of Integrity Management for over 20 years. She started with her husband in practice and has worked in EVERY area of their practice. She has successfully implemented ALL Integrity Management systems, including running tandem associates and satellite clinics, resulting in a million-dollar practice. Mrs. Gage has been a speaker for Integrity Management since 1990, is co-author of Integrity Management’s CA and DC manuals and is the creator of Integrity Management’s CA Certification Program.

Mrs. Pamela Johnson is the Director of the QuickStart Consulting Program at Integrity Management. She supervises and coordinates the program with six QuickStart consultants and over one hundred clients. Mrs. Johnson is responsible for making sure that the Integrity Management QuickStart program is providing the highest level of service to our clients. During the last six years with Integrity Management, she has excelled in coaching hundreds of doctors, enabling them to open their doors and begin highly successful practices. Dr. Brian Anderson started his practice in San Angelo, Texas in 1989 and joined Integrity Management a year later. After six months with Integrity Management, he doubled his practice. His practice continued to grow and is now at the million-dollar level. Dr. Anderson now works only three days a week, thanks to the success of his practice and the addition of a tandem associate. In recent years, he has enjoyed more growth with the addition of satellite clinics, using the guidance of the Integrity Management system. Dr. Denny Berger is an Eagles Club member and has been successfully implementing Integrity Management procedures for over a decade. He graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1994 and established his practice in Grove City, Ohio. Dr. Berger joined Integrity Management in 1995 and quickly achieved Top Flight status. Dr. Berger was also instrumental in establishing training and education for young doctors through the Ohio State Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Dustin Carlson graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in 2003. He joined Integrity Management before he graduated and started implementing the QuickStart program immediately. Heather and her husband, Dr. Steven Carlson, joined Integrity Management seven months before opening their office in Joplin, Missouri. Through implementing the QuickStart model and following the direction of their consultant, they achieved Top Flight status after seven months in practice. Their office continued to grow, enabling them to add an associate over a year later and became a million-dollar practice in their third year. From day one, Heather and her husband have attended the Integrity Management seminars and implemented the Integrity systems in their office. Now with a staff of five Chiropractic Assistants and two doctors, Heather continues to be instrumental in management of the business as the clinic’s Marketing Director.
In addition to her chiropractic clinic success, Heather received a bachelor of science in Education and enjoyed a career in elementary education. Dr. Steve Carlson graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Carlson along with his wife, Heather, opened their practice in Joplin, MO as a Quickstart doctor. Through implementing the Quickstart model they achieved top flight status after 7 months in practice. After 18 months in Joplin, Dr. Carlson hired his first associate. Two years later he added a second tandem doctor to his practice.

Dr. Jenifer DeWald graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1997. She joined Integrity Management as a QuickStart doctor in 2001 and opened DeWald Chiropractic in Williamsport, PA later that year. She quickly embraced the Integrity Management system and has enjoyed steady practice growth as a result. Dr. DeWald is now a Top Flight Club member and a Five Star Award winner.
Dr. DeWald’s practice is currently in the process of moving from a 1,200 sq ft office to a 6,300 sq ft building, which will include a 2,800 sq ft rehab center. Her practice now has an associate, two certified massage therapists, a rehab therapist, 2 CA's and an office manager. Dr. Tom Erndt graduated from West Point in 1973 and served as an officer in the U.S. Army, rising to the rank of Captain. He completed his chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, graduating summa cum laude. Dr. Erndt has been in private practice for over 25 years in Sunbury, Ohio and his office currently employs three doctors. He also oversees a satellite practice in a neighboring town. Dr. Bob Gage has been in practice since 1976 and an Integrity Management client since 1985. After joining Integrity Management, his practice grew to 120 or more patients per day. Dr. Kort Harshman is a 1984 graduate of Palmer College and started his practice career as an associate in a fairly busy office. Like many associates at that time, Dr. Harshman was responsible for building his own practice and attracting his own new patients. Although he enjoyed enough success to survive and to pay his bills, his satisfaction level in practice was not very good. Eventually , Dr. Harshman was able to buy a practice , but he never felt he was achieving his potential or coming anywhere close to the dream of success he had in college. Dr. Harshman remembers working six days a week to make ends meet. His wife also worked away from home and with 3 children in day care , life was not fun.

Dr. Alex Kallio lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his wife Jen and their four legged "children" Cayman and Hailey. He is a 1999 graduate of Northwestern College of Chiropractic and joined Integrity Management in November of 2002. Eight months later, Dr. Kallio had reached Top Flight Status and within one year of implementing Integrity procedures, had doubled his practice. Currently, Dr. Kallio is working his Five Year Plan to reach the $3 million practice level, while at the same time decreasing his time in the office, so he can devote more time to family, consulting and teaching. Lisa Maciejewski has been in the chiropractic field since 1982 and has been a Senior Consultant with Integrity Management for six of those 24 years. Prior to joining Integrity Management as a Senior Consultant, Lisa spent five years managing one of the largest groups of chiropractic clinics in the state of Texas. Implementing 100% of the Integrity Management system, Lisa ran every aspect of the main clinic and successfully started and managed four satellite clinics. Her success and passion for Integrity Management’s procedures and systems, as well as her teaching background, has provided her with excellent credentials as an Integrity Management coach. Lisa also teaches many of the CA certification classes at the Integrity Management seminars. Dr. Ed Martin is an Eagles Club member and Senior Consultant with Integrity Management. He completed his undergraduate training at Saginaw Valley State University and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. Upon graduation, he opened his practice in Bridgeport, Michigan and became a client of Integrity Management in 1991. Dr. Martin is a “model client” and won Integrity Management’s Clinical Excellence Award in 2001. He is also highly respected in his community and is very involved in his church, teaching Sunday school every week.

Dr. Sheri Millard graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College and was blessed to be introduced to Integrity Management before graduation and joined as a QuickStart doctor. She in now an Eagles Lifetime Member and Top Flight Doctor, continually striving for a higher level of care for her patients and success as a practitioner and business owner. Dr. Millard helps clients see the possibilities that seem impossible when just graduating from chiropractic college. She is a determined coach who understands what you are going through, and knows how to teach you to use the Integrity System as she did.
Dr. Millard lives in Omaha, Nebraska with her husband Brad and two children, Karalyn and Zachary. She is active in her church where she is a lay minister and also the Millard Public School system, where her husband is a principal. Dr. Traci Nelson is a lifetime client and Top Flight doctor with Integrity Management. She was fortunate to have been introduced to IM as a student preceptor. After graduating from Palmer she began her practice in May of 1999 in Bettendorf, Iowa. Dr. Nelson found the support and expertise of IM invaluable in such a competitive area (she is five miles from Palmer in Davenport/aka "the Chiropractic Capital of the World"). She was able to grow from a new single doctor practice to a tandem practice and recently moved to a brand new office.
In 2000, she earned her Diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics and specializes in the care of pregnant women and children. She has Palmer students shadow her on a regular basis and enjoys showing them how fun and rewarding practice can be. Dr. Traci serves on the Board of Directors for the Bettendorf Chamber of Commerce and the Junior League of the Quad Cities. Her most important job is being a wife and mother to her daughter, Reagan. They love to cheer on the Iowa Hawkeyes, swim and golf. She also loves to scrapbook and read. |

Dr. O'Neil is an Eagles Club Member and has been an Integrity Management client since 1992. Brenda Page and her husband, Dr. Robert Page, have been in practice for over seven years and are members of Integrity Management’s Eagles Club. They joined Integrity Management in 2001 and after just six months achieved Top Flight Club status. Brenda has attended the Integrity Management seminars, learned how to implement the procedures and successfully built the practice with the Integrity system.
Clients benefit from Mrs. Page’s extensive background in sales, customer service and human resources. She worked in the retail industry, where she was a top sales achiever, then applied her customer service skills in the banking field, working in sales management. Brenda worked as a Human Resources manager for companies undergoing turnaround situations, which developed her analytical and problem-solving skills. She received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish and holds an MBA, from the University of Iowa. She also earned the designation, Senior Professional Human Resources Manager, (S.P.H.R.), from the Society for Human Resources Management.

Dr. Lonnie Pitts is an Eagles Club Member and Top Flight doctor with Integrity Management. He has been attending Integrity Management seminars since he was a student at Northwestern College of Chiropractic and continued to attend after graduating in 1994, while he was an associate with an Integrity Management doctor. In the spring of 1996, Dr. Pitts purchased his first clinic. Through implementing Integrity Management systems and procedures, he quickly doubled his practice and has shown consistent and remarkable growth ever since. Dr. Pitts has also used the Integrity Management system to successfully go from a single doctor office to a tandem practice, as well as owning a total of 6 (5 of them simultaneously) successful multiple clinics. The clinics combined produced approximately $150,000 per month and the vision of the Five Year Plan was to have those clinics produce $13.5 million annually! Using Integrity Management procedures, Dr. Sullivan reached the Top Flight level in eight months and doubled the practice in two years. His sights are firmly set on achieving the multi-million dollar level with his Five Year Plan, while also continuing to decrease his patient load. With the addition of an associate doctor to the practice, he now sees patients about 20 hours a week. “I am a husband and father first and then a chiropractor”, says Dr. Sullivan. “Integrity Management has helped me build an organized, productive practice so that I can make a great living and still have a personal life. Dr. Stephen Tranter
Dr. Stephen Tranter, and his wife Dr. Patricia Felder joined Integrity Management in 1986 and have been Top Flight doctors for years. He taught technique at Parker College, co-authored the Motorized Flexion Distraction and Motion Adjusting technique manual, and is currently working on two other books.
After building a large family practice through Integrity procedures, he incrementally reduced his patient practice hours to fewer than 20 per week while maintaining high statistics. “Anybody can do a days’ work in a day,” explains Dr. Tranter. “Strictly following Integrity procedures has allowed me to do a days’ work in just a half a day.” Dr. Tranter is a big believer in having a life outside of the practice, enjoying family, friends, hobbies, and a good spiritual life.

Dr. Art Turner
Dr. Art Turner graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 1975. Following graduation, Dr. Turner opened his office in Lee’s Summit, Missouri and served as a part-time faculty member at Cleveland Chiropractic College for two years. Dr. Turner joined Integrity Management in 1991 and his practice has grown to be one of the largest in the area. He has attained Top Flight and Eagles Club status by effectively using and following the Integrity Management system.
With a mission statement of “empowering others to greater health, fitness and quality of life,” Dr. Turner’s office has a strong emphasis on rehabilitation and functional active care programs for their clients. He enjoys working with his fellow colleagues and their staffs, giving them the encouragement and guidance they need to attain their goals. Dr. Turner has dedicated his life to assisting others as they pursue their personal and financial dreams.
Dr. Turner has always been very active in his community and his church. He resides in Lee’s Summit, Missouri with his wife, Pat. They have two adult children and one granddaughter. |

Dr. Erica Turner is a picture of success. She joined Integrity Management before graduating from Cleveland Chiropractic College in 2000. She studied all the Integrity Management procedures, followed the direction of her consultant and achieved Top Flight status within four months! But, she didn’t stop there - within four years she and her husband had a million-dollar practice. Dr. Turner also operates a satellite clinic and has much more growth ahead. "We owe all this to Integrity Management and its staff," says Dr. Turner. The Turners attend all Integrity Management seminars and require their team of eight staff and three associate doctors to attend as well.
Dr. Turner is president of her community’s Chamber of Commerce, teaches a senior high Sunday school class at her church and is a Young Einstein’s Mentor, tutoring adolescents in math and science after school. She received the city and county’s Business of the Year Award in 2004 and introduced the first ever fundraiser for Casey County’s Toys for Tots, The Turkey Trot for Tots, a 5K run or walk that annually raises thousands of dollars.
